Lancashire Constabulary has launched an investigation into footage which appears to show an officer kicking a suspect in the head outside a Spar shop.<br/><br/>The video, recorded on Friday (March 8), was captured by a passer-by. It shows a male being dragged out of a silver car outside the business, in Oswaldtwistle.<br/><br/>A marked police car can be seen alongside the vehicle. Once the man is on the ground, one of the three police officers then appears to be shown kicking him in the face.
