After receiving the keys to their new HDC homes in Cashew Gardens back in July of 2023, all recipients were unpleasantly surprised when the HDC took back the keys because none of the homes had a supply of electricity. However, one homeowner has since moved into her unit, where she lives with her three children in the dark - literally and figuratively. Rynessa Cutting reports.
