These are packed with a spiced potato and pea filling, perfect for enjoying with a hot cup of tea or coffee.<br/><br/>**Ingredients**<br/><br/>* Samosa Dough:<br/>- all purpose flour - 1 & half cup<br/>- salt - 1 tsp<br/>- cumin seeds (zeera) - 1 tsp<br/>- Ajwain - 1 tsp<br/>- olive oil - half tsp<br/>- water - half cup<br/><br/>* Samosa filling:<br/>- olive oil - 2 tbsp<br/>- garlic paste - 1 tbsp<br/>- green chilli paste - half tsp<br/>- cumin seeds - half tsp<br/>- fresh chopped spinach - 2 tbsp<br/>- chopped onions - half cup<br/>- water - 1 tbsp<br/>- black pepper - 1 tsp<br/>- salt - 1 tsp<br/>- dry coriander powder - 1 tsp<br/>- turmeric powder - half tsp<br/>- dry mango (Amchur )powder-1tsp<br/>- peprika powder - half tsp<br/>- mashed & boiled potatoes - 2 medium<br/>- boiled peas - half cup<br/>- tomatoes (peeled & chopped) - half cup<br/>- fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp<br/>- fresh mint leaves - 2 tbsp<br/>- all ground powder ( gram masala) half tsp<br/><br/>Thank you for watching!
