Taylor-Johnson is expected to officially accept the offer within the coming days. Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra announce farewell tour. The 70s rock band will make appearances across the United States from August through October during the 'Over and Out' tour. Fans can get tickets starting March 22.
